Photography & Film
We create authentic stories through photography, film & design — real people, real places, real moments. Based in the North West near Manchester, we work across the UK & beyond.
From small budgets to larger projects we collaborate with you & your brief to create the deliverables that you need in order to tell your story. We have vast experience with automotive, documentary, arts and cultural, corporate, charity and event coverage.
We offer a full creative production service, from early-stage collaboration and project planning through to final delivery. Our work includes location scouting and shoot setup, model management and releases, editing, retouching and colour grading, alongside drone and aerial filming.
We have a flyer ID and operator ID registered with the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and specific drone insurance.
We are fully insured with worldwide public and product liability cover up to £5,000,000 and provide secure digital delivery of final assets, with guidance on usage rights and licensing.
Working across both domestic and international shoots, we can also provide optional behind-the-scenes content to support campaigns and storytelling.

Clients choose Roscoe Rutter for our collaborative approach, creative storytelling, technical expertise and ability to create authentic, visually engaging photography and film content that connects with audiences and reflects the identity of each project or brand.
Each project that comes to us is unique, each one has a different brief, complexity, set of requirements and usage etc. We quote per job, half day or full day rate. We work with other freelancers, such as stylists, hair and makeup, lighting assistants and can quote for these if required.
Photography projects can be turned around quickly, with the usual caveats – Documentary/event coverage can be with you within a few days, sometimes the next day. We can also pick out a choice selection of images for socials etc and get them to you same day. Other shoots can require more editing time and we can work with you to find a solution that works for us both.
Film work can take time to edit and craft, but we endeavour to work with you and your timelines to get the project over the line in an agreed timeline.

All final photography and film assets are delivered securely through secure cloud delivery systems, such as Smash (which is a robust file transfer service designed for sending large files quickly and securely), optimised for web, print, editorial, advertising and social media use.
We can supply full resolution images to you and also social media ready sized images so you can use them straight away and not fill your device with unnecessary massive files.It's the best of both worlds!
